Principal Surveyor

Tom is one of the owners and NTI’s Principal Land Surveyor. He has 40 years of experience in the field of land surveying working with military and public sectors. He is a licensed pilot and has substantial expertise in aerial survey and aerial mapping.  He is responsible for the daily survey operations for NTI as well as ensuring that our surveys are performed within applicable laws, regulations, codes and court decisions set forth by local, county, state and federal authorities.

Mr. Robinson is a Licensed Surveyor who joined NTI’s Survey Team in 2008. He has broad experience in boundary surveys, construction staking, subdivision platting, survey analysis, and record of survey preparation.  Kent’s strong background and 40 years of experience provides support to our Principal Surveyor.

                 Head Party Chief

Alan is a Land Surveyor in Training and Head Party Chief for NTI. He has broad field experience in boundary and topographic land surveying, subdivision surveying, ALTA land title surveys, binding site plans, research and analysis, construction surveying and survey supervision. Alan joined the firm in 1977 and is responsible for supervision of field surveying services and coordination with office computations.

        Survey Analyst

Ms. Shannon assists in the preparation and execution of boundary and subdivision surveys.  Her responsibilities include: research and analysis, fieldwork preparation, final plat design, writing legal descriptions, training, and interfacing with government agencies, contractors, and property owners. She has participated in the completion of many boundary surveys, subdivisions, condominiums, binding site plans and topographic surveys within Clallam and Jefferson Counties for commercial and residential projects.

Bill graduated from Peninsula College in 1993 with an A.A.S. in Surveying-Geomatics. He assists our Survey Party Chief performing field survey work for NTI.  Subsequent to joining our company as a full time employee in February 2003 he interned with NTI.  Bill’s fieldwork experience includes: boundary surveys, subdivisions, topographic surveys, construction surveying, DNR Lease surveys, and fieldwork for bathymetric survey.

               Survey Party Chief

NTI welcomed Mr. Bain to the Team in July 2012. He studied Land Surveying at Oregon Institute of Technology and Peninsula College from 1996 to 1999 and received his Washington Professional Land Surveyor license in 2008. Robert is knowledgeable in the use of AutoCAD, Starnet, robotic and conventional Total Station, and GPS equipment. His experience also includes: deed interpretation, legal descriptions, boundary and topographic surveys, platting, and construction layout.
