Contracts Administrator, Granite Construction Company.  Duties: established proposal and contract requirements; processed contracts; invoiced contract work ($2,000,000 - $5,000,000 per month); CDOT force account billings; process various State required documentation; bonds; insurance; permits; affirmative action requirements as pertained to contract work; tracked job costs; assisted estimators in setting up jobs; certified payrolls; worked with and created spreadsheets for job cost and revenue forecasting;  Cross-trained in accounts payable, payroll and subcontracts. Attended workshops on time management, task prioritizing and stress management.  Received Exceptional Performance Award.

Contracts Administrator/Project Coordinator, Southwest Contractors.  Duties: established proposal and contract requirements; processed contracts and subcontracts; subcontractor pre-qualification; bonds; insurance; permits; invoicing; preliminary notices; lien procedures and releases; collections; tracked job cost; developed client database; affirmative action; implementing "Good Faith Effort" for minority owned business participation in public works projects.
