RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Engineer with NTI, Mr. Hanna exercises responsible charge of civil engineering projects with specific areas of emphasis being:

  • Hydrology and Hydraulics of drainage, stream flow, and irrigation systems
  • Traffic Engineering and Street/Road design
  • Utility design, including Storm Sewers, Sanitary Sewers, Water Distribution
  • Short span bridges and foot bridges

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Hanna has worked in the Civil Engineering field for 27 years and has been a Licensed Professional Engineer for 18 years. During this time he has gained a wide range of experience in both the public and private sectors working on various projects such as: road and bridge designs, large and small sewer designs, toxic cleanup, and preparing comprehensive plans for public water systems.

SPECIFIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Coordinated the implementation of Clallam County's emergency 911 addressing system, including mapping and assigning 17,000 new addresses
  • Design and construction management for a Federal Aid pre stressed concrete bridge
  • Design of a unique high efficiency pipe inlet allowing the system to pass twice the flow
  • Managed a construction inspecting and materials testing lab for two years
  • Design of streets and utilities for many large and scale residential and commercial projects in Jefferson and Clallam Counties
  • Management of two public water systems
  • Design of a large number of residential and commercial stormwater drainage systems
