RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Dupree is Head Party Chief for Northwestern Territories, Inc. (NTI), and has broad field experience in boundary and topographic land surveying, subdivision surveying, ALTA land title surveys, binding site plans, research and analysis, and survey supervision. He joined the firm in 1977, and is responsible for supervision of field surveying services and coordination with office computations.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining NTI, Mr. Dupree was employed as Engineer Technician I by the Department of Natural Resources, State of Washington, White Salmon, WA and as a Civil Engineering Aide by the U.S. Forest Service, Sedro Woolley, WA.

SPECIFIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Performed Geodetic Control Network (GPS) for the Clallam County Road Department.
  • Performed/supervised topographic and/or bathymetric surveys for all DNR Leases, Holnam Inc. (LaPorte, CO) clay quarry mole lease area at West Twin River in 1997, and 2000 Rayonier Millsite Survey.
  • Found and perpetuated the locations of numerous Government Land Office (GLO) Public Land System corners in Clallam and Jefferson Counties
  • Performed/supervised numerous City of Port Angeles, Port of Port Angeles, Clallam and Jefferson Counties Public Works surveys. Also performed boundary surveys for Makah Tribe, Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe and Elwha Tribe in Clallam and Jefferson Counties.
  • Performed/supervised construction surveys and staking for the Westport Marine Site, Sunland, Forks High School, Albertson’s, Safeway, Wal-Mart Stores in Port Angeles and Siebert’s Creek Bridge, Hwy. 101.
  • Performed/supervised ALTA land title surveys for the Forks Mobile Home Park (WSU property) in Forks, Crestwood Convalescent Home and Fairchild Low Income Apartments in Port Angeles, Kah Tai Convalescent Home in Port Townsend, and Parkwood Mobile Home Park in Sequim.
